hopefully the longer posts i had up before will compensate for my lack of actual posts the last two days. it is still sunday to me right now.. and this is what went down.
saturday
went to alex's house then to see the dark knight.
-stayed in the pool for a good amount of time.
-got worms armageddon for alex's bedroom computer.
-hit my first ball with an actual pitch to me with a baseball bat.
-had lots of fun with kyle, kim, eilene, alex, nick, and tyler.
-the movie was FREAKING AWESOME. batman begins was really good. but the dark knight was just soo.. different..
-played worms online with eilene and jeff.
-talked for a long time about random stuff with eilene. (not good idea. didn't sleep till late)
sunday
woke up late and tired.
-figured out how to change the QoS to double my internet speed. (woooo!)
-almost finished drug and alcohol test.
-wasn't able to start the scarlet letter yet.
-wished billy a happy early birthday,
-wished billy a happy birthday. (12:00:13 AM)
-made billy a cake using mspaint (online version, since im on xubuntu)
happy birthday billy! i really want to say that you don't know how much you really deserve. but i wont in hopes that you do. a great person, a great friend. and quite possibly the greatest lifelines you can talk to.

most absentee.
so about mid-way through the last blog post i noticed that the music i had going wasn't on repeat and hadn't been playing for a little bit. that made me realize that obviously the music isn't essential, but also that i did want it there. between the choice of music or not. i turned it back on, this time with the repeat going. like a friend of mine. lyrics and beat play a big role in the music i listen too. it helps me type a bit more by blocking the outside world just for a little while.
a good example of what im about to write about is the paragraph right above this one. these posts aren't really meant to be read. i don't mind too much if they are. but if ever things become dry or too lengthy. just remember. just typing helps me get a few things out. so most of the time my hands don't stop moving when i write those long posts. i fear that this post might be short.. for the time crunch. but i might just lose myself in the post, just typing away. also the post might be short because of the headache i am currently developing.. oh noes..
today started off just like most of the other days i''ve been writing about. my summer's aren't usually filled with exciting details. i planned to take the drug and alcohol course today, but unknowning i had to hae my social security number handy for when i actually started the course. even though it was all done and payed for. when i click the button to start it up. it requested my address and more additional information which included my ss number. i knew all the information off the top of my head. but i had not yet memorized that oh so important 10 digits i needed. so that plan was held at a dead stop. and my virtual school courses still need approval from my guidance counselor, so that probably won't lift off the ground until i can get a ride to school and schedule some sort of arrangement with her.
a couple interesting notes to add in to today's post is that i took a few iq tests online. most iq tests you'll find online aren't at all credible and are probably made by a person bored that day. it is interesting to take some of these tests though. the questions they ask make you actually use your brain sometimes. or at least that was the case for the most recent one i found. i liked taking this one over others for one.. because it seemed a lot more reliable and credible. it was made by the one of few high iq societies. to gain membership you must be within the top 5% of the population. (an iq of 124+) when i saw this. it motivated me to beat that score. mostly because they had the number right there in front of me and i really wanted to prove something. to do it, just for the sake of doing it. the first time around i got 115. dang not good enough yet. they gave me a choice of taking the normal test. which was used to more correctly identify people of the 100 range or the ta3 test which more accurately judged those of higher iq's. next i took the ta3. and it wasn't that much different than the first test and i got a 111. i read that the questions they had on the test (36 total, 6 for each subsection) were randomly selected from a larger pool of questions for a mathematical total of 2.4 billion different test to be taken. now that isn't that impressive seeing as just replacing one question for another counts as a "different" test. after reading this, i took the easier test for a 2nd time. and finally got a score of 126! then kim enlightened me to the 79 dollars payment fee to become a member of the society. oh wells. im just glad i have some sort of number to ponder about. iq tests in my opinion don't do much. it is more of just a fun fact for me to have. at that point i started to spread around the iq test to people that were willing and got kim, nick, and rachael to be interested in it. kim took it four times like i did. (i got 131 for my last time) and got an average of 106. rachael took it next and took both tests for an average of 122. (easy,120/ ta3,124) nick started the easy one but the power went out cause of the storm and rebooted his computer to eventually get a score of 132. then with the ta3 test got a 124 for an average of 128.
also today.. alex contacted kim to let me know that he wanted to talk about plans for saturday. i called his cell and house phone and got no answer for either. at 10 47am i got a wall post though tell me to call back because he was too late to get the house call. so i did and got him while he was playing soldier front. after we got past the fact that my computer was too slow to even start playing it, i got him interested in worms armageddon. he said he was going to call back at 3-ish but it never came.. with alex having a slight interest in the game. i rekindled kim's early interest and got her to download and install it. tomorrow i expect to have some match against her and maybe alex too.
and although i did have that reminder of "RACHAEL!" yesterday.. it's getting late and i want some sleep so ill talk about that tomorrow.. -maybe. and same for the wedding reception. the reception that was oh so fun!
p.s. 1:07:54 AM when posting this post... night night.

fianlly a day more productive.
so before how the first three days have just been that i wanted to listen to the song.. over and oer again... today i have put of relient k - forward motion to listen to on repeat while i write this post. so today's productive day started off unproductively at around.. 7 am. for some reason i woke up around this time and got a granola bar to munch on. i did fall back asleep till i think 11-ish. by that time i wasn't feeling motivated to singing.. so anna's ringtone shall wait another day. but since i am blogging early i shall perhaps sleep early as well. giving me enough sleep to wake up early to record anna's ringtone.. i was informed of the pasta and soup waiting to be cooked by my mom's daily noon (usually feels like morning) call. by then i was able to get eilene awake and out of bed. she asked if i wanted to cook it or should she. and since i responded with only a "i dont know.." she ended up cooking it up. the productivity started to kick in around when i signed up for a driver's ed course in the virtual school. although this isnt big on its own.. it shows a sign of progress. i still need to get both classes im signed up for approved by my guidance councilor, so i need to print up a form and get it signed. then i completed my usual daily online schedule of gmail, facebook, deviantART, lifehacker, and checking 30boxes.
i was talking to kim a bit about how to get my learner's permit when through my music i could hear some strong rain against my window. i went over to eilene's room to ask if she noticed it had rained too. she had her shades up on her window and it wasn't till then that i realized how hard it was raining. all the papaya trees in the back were at a funny angle from being pushed constantly by the wind. now you may not know this. but i love standing in the rain. or rather.. i love the feeling i get when i stand in the rain. now obviously that feeling isn't worth ruining a nice shirt or laptop.. so i wouldn't stand in the rain all the time. but when i do get the chance id like for it not to go to waste. in fact.. im so not wasteful of the rain that my mom calls whenever it rains and tells me not to go outside. but this time it was too good to pass up. after being told not to go outside by eilene. i decided to call my mom up and ask if i could go get the mail outside.. heh. she took it more kind-heartedly and actually let me go, which kind of surprised me. so i put on my slippers (one of 4 pairs of shoes that i own.. slippers, evil sandals, black dress shoes and sneakers) and headed outside to go get the mail. nothing interesting.. so i gave the mail to eilene who was at the window probably making sure i didn't get hit by car or even lightning or maybe just to watch my antics. and promptly after handing her the mail i went back outside. yeah! i emulated jet li in the movie -fearless and took in the awesome refreshing power of rain. i refreshingly stroked back my wet hair, and refreshingly did a handstand on the lawn and came back inside. but not before eilene locked the door and gave me a towel.
i guess my day wasn't as productive as i thought.. but don't fret this isn't the end! i signed up for the drug and alcohol course (required for learner's permit) and for the online dmv test for my permit. a total of 60 bucks i only recently got my mom's credit card to pay for it. (it's been waiting to be filled out since before the rain.. i think) so tomorrow im going to study for my permit test. take the 4 hour drug and alcohol course. then take lots of practice tests. and maybe even start the scarlet letter for my summer reading.
so its 11:44:19 AM and i think i still have enough time to talk about hero and reena's reception day. let's hope i have enough memory of the day. starting off with when we were all getting the alcohol from the apartment down to the cars. phann gave me the keys to reena's car while he ordered up and arranged the stuff in the van's trunk. i went upstairs to get the last few times, and the last thing to be taken was the door stop.. miller light. hahaa. in the van was ricky driving.. phann in shotgun.. then from left to right.. eilene me and pearline. in the back.. a whole lot of drinks. i don't remember the exact place that we were at.. but it was really nice. right next to the smoothie shop. and in the same city as a famous kitchen supply shop. the first order of business was to find out where to unload everything. we were all directed to the bar and the refrigerators. with the drinks separated into needed-to-be-cooled and doesnt-need-to-be-cooled-right-now. we headed to the store to get four bags of ice 20 lbs each. ricky was a big help with knowing what needed to be cooled and how much ice to have. i think he went to bar tending school? or something a long those lines.. and oh! if i forget to say it somewhere within the posts i have so far.. ricky is reena's brother! it was me ricky and pearline getting the ice. pearline was mostly there to get amped an energy drink to keep her well and alive. some how i picked a retarded shopping cart when we went and i had to actually lift it up off one of the broken wheels to let it move.. which it did in only one direction.. it didnt turn at all! i had to lift it up on two wheels to turn it. im not sure why i didnt change out the carts when i had the ice loaded and ready to go.. pearline did take a while deciding which energy drink she wanted/finding out where the drinks were. when we got back, we put the ice in the back fridges but had some difficultly doing so. all the bags didnt fit right in there.. so after some pushing and rearranging.. we decided that we could just put it in the other fridge no harm done. while carrying the ice forklift style.. both my forearms felt like they were frozen... solid. oh wells.. we set up the tables with nice looking stones and candles. which i do have a picture of.. but am too lazy to bring it here. with most of the work done some of us got bored and decided to dress up for the reception. myself being one of them. hero and reena practiced their 1st and 2nd dances and basically everyone else got ready. sometime mid through the getting ready the parents showed up. i occupied myself with pearline's ds playing disney meteos and waited all around the place leaving the ds in the bridal suite of course. for the day reena left me her camera to take pictures. some of my pictures are displayed in hero's facebook album along side the professional photographer's pictures. oh man, im glad i captured some nice moments. i think if i get a nice small point-and-shoot in the future it'll have to be a canon powershot. i have a pack of cards from my brother with it's picture on them. and had nothing but good experiences with them. i absolutely hate kodaks though. nothing but bad experiences though with them. while sitting around the bar and dance floor.. the first few guests started to arrive...
to be countinued! another cliffhanger. to be started from when the reception actually starts.
i think i might leave this blog private. still private in the sense that i wont tell anyone about it. the other one doesn't get many if at all viewers. so the only direct way to get here is to check out my blogger profile. which has links to all my blogs. and the reasoning behind the mostly hidden blog is because i might want to write some more personal things. and i dont want to have to consciously censor myself in what i want to say. always thinking about who's going to be reading it. so far.. only one known reader.. but im not even quite sure if she actually reads the posts.. or just knows of the blog and checks it when she remembers.. hmmm. i think ill leave the private content for another day. and just to leave myself a small reminder.. RACHAEL!

one step off the path.
so i spent about a minute just now waiting for "audioslave - be yourself" to download. the song caught my eye and i had the strong urge to download it after hearing it on scrubs. surprisingly all i remembered after hearing it though was two words of the lyrics "be yourself" and thankfully it turns out to be the name of the song. now some might scream bloody murder over the fact that i didn't know what song it was at the time. or that the motivation for getting it came from a scrubs episode, some even over more things. but let's just say that im not the best person to go to for music. i don't really listen to artists. just songs. and even now im listen to the song on repeat. in fact ive listened to a single song for each blog post ive made here so far. for the first one it was jason mraz - i'm yours. the second relient k - must have done something right. and now audioslave - be yourself. and just for some change of pace instead of internal ramblings.. some stuff that actually went on today.
after the long post yesterday.. i didn't get enough sleep to wake up and stay up to my alarm at 9 00am. i woke around 11 30am ish to the daily call from my mom i get around noon time. im not 100% sure.. but this morning i had some pasta for lunch. sadly it was my plan to wake up in time today when my parents were at work but eilene was still sleeping so that i could record something for anna. a ringtone of the egg song sung by yours truly. but im not sure how next morning is going to be since it is 2 19am now and i probably won't wake up to do what i wanted to do today either. i guess i'll just record it with eilene listening in from the background. oh wells. ahhaa. most rest of the day is a small blur. i did mow some of the lawn though. had on inside-out sweat pants and my long sleeved red sox shirt. i finished about 70% of the front lawn before i unceremoniously asked my dad if i could head inside and finish up later. i was hoping to do it the next day but he finished it up before dinner. got a blister on my right hand from having to repeatedly start it up cause of having to empty the bag full of cut grass.
before mowing the lawn (kinda of skipping around a bit) i signed up for florida virtual school. my dad read an article about it in the newspaper and cut it out and encouraged me to utilize it. and i had only now gotten to it. i plan on taking on taking a course on BASIC mostly because im testing out the virtual school environment and it's not something too important that id care risking about. plus why not have that knowledge under my belt?
not wanting to push the time limit too far. ill leave hero and reena's reception to another day. peace out and good night!

let's get the ball rollin'
at the end of the last post i left a reminder for the rest of the cali trip. i basically told what happened july 1st and honestly for july 2nd.. im having a troublesome time remembering what happened.. but let's just say all this stuff to come is the truth. over some sensitive details i went to visit my brother's apartment for the first time.. a second time. heh. when reena came to pick everyone up and head over to her place a few of us were still a bit behind and not totally ready to go, by that time pearline had let me use her laptop for playing the game "spore creature creator" spore is something that i had waited for, for almost two whole years. the first footage of the game came from the 2006 e3 expo. and from then i was hooked on the idea. i wasn't obviously thinking about it for every waking moment since then. but its been in my mind passively. always interesting in the new news for spore. and when she let me use it, it would be the first time i had ever run anything from spore in game form. (the whole game is basically from cell to galactic overlord but creature creator only lets you make things and you can't really use 'em) so i am happy to say spore was awesome, and i wish the trail wasn't so limited (less parts to use) even though the full version only costs 10 bucks. so anyway! when reena came in i was playing spore and was mid-way my first creature. i think i would be a little more satisfied if i had a mouse to use instead of a laptop trackpad. and then after some finishing up with breakfast we left to reena and hero's place! the trip used a total of two cars. one was a rental that phann had gotten and the other reena's car. now im not quite sure what time it was.. but i now realize that the carpool lane is quite useful. LA traffic sure is weird. (in terms of speed to me) when we got there reena's car was parked in its spot and phann parked on the street. and as we getting out of the car pearline's door hit some lonely bed mattress on the sidewalk. ahaha. poor pearline was held at bay by it. phann moved it and we were let inside the gate with the gate button thingy. like a remote control for the sliding gate to let cars and people inside the apartment complex. a little walk and on the top floor.. and tada! the apartment! we got inside and im not quite sure what it ended up being.. but i absolutely love one of the additions to the place since last i went. THE HAMMOCK! everyone else left to go to the store and it was just me and phann left at the apartment. we spent some time on a big puzzle that hero and reena were doing. i added a total of four correct pieces! phann probably get a lot more.. also i got i think my 2nd or 3rd encounter with the Mac OS X operating system. i like being well versed in things but the OS was something that was new to me. gosh i felt like such a noob not knowing how to do most anything on it. ahhaha. after reena got a message on skype i was a little confused on what to do.. so phann enabled a guest account so that i could use her laptop and have a sandbox environment not really worrying since it would all disappear when i logged off. i cant tell you how long i spent on the puzzle/laptop but eventually i found my way back to the hammock. it is sooooo comfortable. and i fell asleep for a few hours. (i think..) phann left to go back to reena's parents place and asked if i wanted to go back too. i stayed and he switched out with pearline. when pearline was there we watched some angel. specifically the episode where he gets turned into a puppet. (to look up the episode.. i remembered what phann did on the mac to make a guest account and used that to look it up online. (im a little proud of the fact that i did that for some reason)) i think it was when everyone else came back.. im not quite sure.. but at some point.. HERO CAME HOME! i think the last time i saw him before this was during christmas time many months ago. so i can honestly say he was well received. he bikes and then takes the train to work so we had to move the fan tower thingy so he could put his bike where it usually goes. he got a massively changing haircut since last i saw him and the haircut was first debuted on his facebook profile picture. i don't know if i'll upload that picture... hmmmm. somewhere in between pearline coming and the end of the day.. reena suggested watching a japanese romantic comedy called train-man. all in all a slow start but a good finish. i recommended to them a korean romantic comedy called "my sassy girl" then condemned watching the english remake. (sucks ass.) and we left to reena's parents' house for dinner. i think we had some really good fish. and sometime after.. hero and reena left cause it was getting a bit late. and tomorrow was the reception!
yay! i thought that was a good cliffhanger ending. ill start tomorrow off directly to the part when we were at the apartment bringing stuff down to the cars.
more recently i've been trying to follow this push up regiment. which you can read about at http://hundredpushups.com read at least from the intro to the initial test. im a rank 2! (as of starting the ongoing project) about an hour ago i finished doing week 2, day 1. and i can say that im glad that i started it. today eilene started week 1, day 1. im trying to get other people on board mostly because that's what i do.. i suggest things to people that i think will be helpful to them, and im also trying to use them as a strong motivator similar to what i did with my first blog. i don't know who exactly i gave the blog to before the 16 day trial period.. but im certain that anna and billy where part of the group. anna didn't miserably fail at it.. she did still keep me motivated. but just not through the making of her blog.. billy on the other hand, probably was the best of all the motivators. at times.. or even most of the time he was very dedicated to the posting in his blog and his mere involvement kept me going for a good part of the posts. anyways. go push ups! yeah!
also more recently i've downloaded worms armageddon. i've played worms armageddon before. in fact its been YEARS! since i started playing. and i might even daresay.. its one of the first games that i can honestly say i got good at. at my peak i could take all the computers from 1-5 and pit them against me and still win. even a full one on one with computer five too. by now im talking about it like its a sport or event. it was just good clean fun. the start of worms came from phann. it was years ago so the details are fuzzy.. but i still have the original disc that i used to play. he burned the disc.. and we all started playing! ahaha. thats probably not how it all started but that's what is in my memory as of now. and the reason i downloaded worms instead of using the version that i had already is because it was the new updated version! more weapons! more levels! and other extra stuff! most importantly.. i didn't need an active disc in my drive to play! and so far the new version is great. the online part of it even works now. (worm net) cause before i could only use the LAN part of it. but now i can freely (not legally) distribute the game to my friends that wanna play and actually take part in the game with them! i uploaded the .rar file needed to install it on some site so i might put the link here if i can find it. (it's on eilene's computer currently) billy is out-of-state in NH so ill wait till he gets back before springing this on him. billy's a rank 4 in the push up regiment thing i was talking about.. and so is nick.. (nick wright, good ol' buddy of mine.. met in not so good o' FL)
i think that's a good amount of typing for now. peace out foo'

ashes? hell no.
so this isn't a private blog. but i don't expect anyone to be here in a long while. so now i just want to mark down time just like a journal or rather like earlier in my first blog. in the 100 posts that i made in "intwocorners" i think i became a little misguided. every letter that i typed by the end of it became this heavy burden. it is not what i started a blog for. i once told a few select people that if ever their mind became too much to handle, then sort it out just by typing. start up a blank document and pour out anything and everything that came out. the most important things of this to keep in mind is to.. never stop typing let the thoughts flow and track whatever comes out unfiltered. also to never stop from writing anything. similar to those letters that are written but are never sent.. but i like my method better. by the end of that document it should be the document that could end your life if someone else got there hands on that document. at the time of writing my "blank document" i had my own computer in my room which was in a different apartment from the rest of the family. so i was pretty sure it was safe. another one of my friends kept it in the deepest folder in her computer so only the intended could find it. but all in all i should have been able to write freely in my blog almost like i had in that document. but somewhere along the line.. i stopped writing for me, and started writing for the people who read it. so by the end it was less of me and more of "this is for 'you; people!" this new blog is to change that. the first step is to keep this private. but not private using blogger. i just won't tell anyone of it.. just yet. if you found it.. good for you. but im going to request that you keep it to yourself until i feel that it should be otherwise.
so most of all the summer has been mostly just some nice relaxing. the most exciting event has to be going to california for my brother's reception. im not 100% of the dates and times but bear with me. i left july 1st on a connection flight to LAX. first stop was atlanta, georgia. about 1h 20m flight, then a 1h wait until the 6h flight to LAX. im not sure of the time now.. but it was really late at night.. and ricky -reena's brother came to pick me and my family up from the airport. he just came from india so his driving style was definitely something that kept me up on the way to my temporary home, reena's parents' house. the reason that pearline and phann (my older sister and brother) weren't with ricky to greet us after the many months that i haven't seen them is because they sleeping at the time and everyone wanted them to catch some z's. it was cool seeing reena's parents again and after the normal intros. me and eilene went deeper into the house to get to our room which currently had pearline and phann sleeping in them. YAY! BROTHER AND SISTER! are awakened and hugs are shared. <3 nothing but love for the both of them. we eventually get situated and sleep in preparations for tomorrow.
i think the next morning started with me making eggs and having reena's mom comment on my cooking skills (which aren't existant.. cause i can only make egg, instant noodles, easy mac, and cookies) but this is just a reminder for my next post on where to start. night!
